Nakheel of Dubai Holding Real Estate has awarded its largest contract to date in the value of AED 1.8 billion to ALEC Engineering & Contracting LLC, to enable them with the construction of the exclusive luxury residential tower, Como Residences, at Palm Jumeirah.

The 75 stories of the Como Residences will reach 300 metres when completed in Q2 2028 and will feature only 81 residences. Como Residences takes inspiration from the beauty of the sea in influencing the architectural design. The sinuous curve reminds one of seashells in a reflection of the nature and organic flow it would have if it were located by the waterfront. There is an influence of private beach areas elevated with sandy white fine texture, which carries the essence of the sea into the heart of the building.
