Physical therapy professional SaaS platform SPRY Therapeutics raises significant funding of $15 million, from top investors, including Flourish Ventures, Together Fund, and Fidelity’s Eight Roads and F-prime Capital. Recent funding has pushed the total amount raised by the start-up since 2021 to an astonishing $25 million.
SPRY was founded by the former CTO of Ola, Brijraj Bhuptani along with Riyaz Rehman; in the market, this system distinguished itself being the first to offer an innovatively designed, one-stop shop clinical management solution that smooths out complex billing processes and gives a more elevated patient engagement experience. Unlike most other traditional platforms, which follow the typical cloud-based hub, SPRY doesn’t focus only on the clinical requirements or simple billing systems, which has advanced automation features that make it easier to input data, generate reports, and most importantly, intricate billing procedures.
With the new capital, the company will continue its push into the US market and further drive its business expansion by deploying transformative solutions to a much more diverse set of physical therapists. Such an investment not only shows the confidence of investors in SPRY’s vision and capabilities but also ensures accelerated growth and innovation within this very competitive healthcare technology landscape.
SPRY’s value proposition comes from the fact that it caters to the critical pain points for solitary practitioners moving to more significant clinics which face financial hardship in terms of insurance reimbursements and cash flow management. The complete platform devised by SPRY enhances the operational efficiency along with patient care, empowering the healthcare professionals to focus on quality service while making the administrative work easier.
The meteoric rise of the company speaks well for the strength of its product and its overall commitment towards customer satisfaction. In the last 18 months, SPRY has been able to onboard more than 105 clinics across 30 states in the US, benchmarking great market traction and influence. At no one time did the SPRY commitment to innovation and excellence go unnoticed by G2, as the company topped both the Summer and Fall editions of physical therapy software solutions.
With competitors such as WebPT, PromptEMR, Raintree, and Strata, SPRY uniquely stands out in strength with robust automation and a full range of features while also yielding superiority over the experience of managing clinics altogether. As it continuously builds out its platform and market reach, the SPRY company is well-poised to lead the wave of shifting how physical therapy professionals operate and deliver care for their patients.
Backed by Flourish Ventures and other heavy hitters, SPRY has solid footing on which to base pioneering innovation, scalability, and impact in the healthcare technology space. As the company continues on its growth trajectory and expands its footprint, it will strive to break new ground in the area of physical therapy management, setting new standards for the efficiency, effectiveness, and patient outcomes.
