MoU Signed to Enhance Customer Convenience Through Integrated Digital Solutions

Under a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Parkin Company PJSC, the largest paid public parking operator in Dubai, and ENOC Group, among the foremost international energy players, have aligned to revolutionize the automotive services sector across the emirate.
Signed during the 10th Dubai International Project Management Forum (DIPMF) by Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, CEO of Parkin, and Zaid Alqufaidi, Managing Director of ENOC Retail, this partnership seeks to harness the strengths and digital platforms of both organizations to deliver innovative, seamless automotive services to consumers.
Parkin Locations Will Cover Whole Automotive Services
Under this collaboration, a range of key automotive services could be offered at designated Parkin locations. ENOC Group proposed car washing, mobile refueling, changing oil, tire checks, battery checks, and other critical vehicle care solutions. ZOOM stores located there will also cater to daily essentials.
This is aimed at providing an efficient and seamless car maintenance experience for Dubai residents within the ambit of the city’s objectives to be a smart and sustainable metropolis.
Infused Digital Experience
For customer ease of access, both organizations shall integrate their mobile applications and digital wallets so customers can book their automotive services from either platform. Such integration will allow for an integrated and user-friendly digital transaction experience. Additional conveniences included in such a mobile application will be booking management, real-time status updates, and in-app secure payment transactions.
