TSMC START MASS PRODUCTION OF 3NM CHIPS AFTER SAMSUNG

Taiwan semiconductor manufacturing company(tsmc ) on Thursday announced that they are going to mass produce the 3nm chips in the coming years.

According to the enterprise, Its 3 nm chip-making process is the most advanced in the world in terms of power , performance and area(PPA) and in transistor technology.
