Greater Pacific Capital leads a $33 million funding round for edtech startup NxtWave.

The edtech company NxtWave announced on Tuesday that Greater Pacific Capital, a private equity firm, had led its most recent investment round, which brought in $33 million.

Orios Venture Partners, an existing venture investor in NxtWave, took part in the investment round as well.

The acquisition includes Nandan Desai, MD and Co-Head of India for GPC, joining the board of NxtWave.
