On Sunday, PIB Factcheck resorted to Twitter to warn students of a bogus message circulating about university exams. According to the false notice, all universities will hold their upcoming semester exams in a paper-based format. The University Grants Commission, on the other hand, has not issued any such notice.
“A public notice claiming to be published by the UGC regarding offline examinations in universities is circulating on social media. This is a forgery of public notice. According to the PIB FactCheck tweet, “the University Grants Commission has NOT issued any such notice.”
