But Adit Agarwal has always been looking forward to working in departments like sales, finance and operations management. Education has always been a strong forte for Adit Agarwal. He studied an MSc degree in Finance and Accounting from Warwick Business School in the UK. Adit Agarwal completed his Bachelors in Commerce from Mithibai College in Mumbai.
Built on the analytical approaches of his grandfather and his father, Mr. K.K Agarwal, Adit Agarwal has helped Royale Impex, being a family business, transition into a corporate structure in the last 5 years. When Adit joined the company, he worked as a Junior employee and collaborated with every team. His optimistic approach towards business growth helped him to understand the marble industry. With over 10 years of experience, Adit Agarwal heads the sales department working with teams across PAN India.

Adit Agarwal is active in purchasing marble blocks from the farthest corners of the world. Back in 1997, Royale Impex started with a humble setup in Silvassa and a yard in Mumbai. Today, Royale Impex, under the leadership of K.K. Agarwal and Adit Agarwal have scaled to a 10-acre company with state-of-the-art machinery.
The facility has a storage capacity of 2 million sq.ft. and features exotic colors. The plant also handles processes like marble cutting, fiber filling, grinding and polishing. Royale Impex imports marbles from more than 30 countries. Some of the distinguished clientele of Royale Impex are Brigade, Prestige Group, Lodha, Piramal, Reliance, Oberoi Realty, Hiranandani, Architect Hafeez Contractor, Designers Group and many prominent architects and interior designers across India.
Adit Agarwal has always focused on innovation and research and started new departments like Marketing and PR. The client portfolio has grown from 100 prominent architects and 25 prominent builders to 250+ prominent architects and 50 prominent builders spread across different states of India. Adit shares that Royale Impex is one of the first marble importers in India. The company has surpassed several challenges over the last 27 years, gradually navigating the global economic uncertainties.
