A software engineer by qualification, Kumod U. Shirkande also has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Somaiya IMSR, a PGP in Data Analytics from Edvancers and presently studying M.Tech in Quantum Computing from IIT Madras. His experience in the data analytics domain dates to about 9 years and working with companies like Sony, RBI, ICICI, Yes Bank and many more. Apart from this, he also worked in Germany and Austria for certain projects, where the prospects were lucrative. But the desire to build a company of his own has thrilled him for a long time, which ultimately caused the inception of AI Sciences Inc. The bootstrapped start-up got incorporated on 19th February 2020. Tough times have shaped Kumod to be the best version of himself and he is proud of what AI Sciences Inc is turning out to be. He lives by a quote by Clive Humby, who says “ Data is the new age oil”.
