Progress and Milestones
Azizi Developments, one of the private developers in the UAE, has announced that the construction for Beach Oasis in Dubai Studio City is now 40 percent complete. Due for handover in Q2 2025, this vibrant mixed-use community will be a beauty to reckon with. Overall strong construction progress has been made so far, as the structural build stands at 96 percent completion. Other key milestones include the completion of 50% blockwork, 19% of the MEP, 14% internal plastering, and 16% HVAC systems. And in a bid to speed up the construction process, the number of workers working on the project site has been increased to 1,318 workers.
Residential Offering and Amenity
Beach Oasis is a contemporary, low-rise residential community comprising two buildings featuring 476 studios, 200 one-bedroom apartments, and 36 two-bedroom residences. There are amenities galore in this development that can help improve the quality of life for the residents. Not least among them is a large beach-like swimming pool forming the centrepiece of the project’s central courtyard. Fully-equipped gymnasiums, landscaped gardens, children’s play areas, and a central square with various retail outlets add to the community’s facilities for better living.
