The Dubai Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management Group and the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute have signed an MoU that aims to enhance training and networking opportunities within the professional education context of real estate brokerage and management.
The signing occurred at the IEREI campus in Jumeirah, under the gaze of several high industry persons, and was led by Mohammad Mousa Shanaah, IEREI’s CEO, and Eng. Zuhair Bin Redha, Chairperson of BPMG Dubai, symbolizing a strong step forward for the real estate profession in the UAE. Key attendees included Sara AlMuhadeb and Fatma Almadani from Dubai Chambers, Sohail Ahmed and Saji Rajan from IEREI, and Waqar Hasan, CPM, Vice Chair of BPMG Dubai.
The partnership acquires a framework for collaboration between BPMG Dubai and IEREI to enhance real estate education, cooperation in professional development, and access to world-class training programs. The agreement underscores a shared desire to promote professional development and innovation within UAE real estate.
Zuhair Bin Redha stated that this collaboration is paramount, “This association shall open learning opportunities for brokers and property managers, equipping them with necessary know-how and contacts to prosper in this changing marketplace.” His remarks emphasize the increasing need for the real estate industry for continuous education and upgrading of professional skills, mainly given such a dynamic market as Dubai.
Mousa Shanaah echoed the sentiment, reiterating IEREI’s commitment to real estate education development. “IEREI shall be committed in taking real estate education into the next level, and this MoU with BPMG Dubai will further enable professionals in their careers,” he stated. This will create a significant opportunity for professionals to gain expertise and be at par with the ongoing trends prevailing in the industry to remain competitive in the market.
