Kapture CX, a platform that focuses on customer experience recently announced that it has successfully raised $4 million in its funding round. The funding was led by Cactus Venture Partners (CVP) a venture capital firm. With this capital infusion, Kapture CX plans to expand its presence in markets enhance its product offerings and strengthen its team.
Established in 2014 Kapture CX offers an automation platform, for customer support to enterprise clients. Their solutions help brands improve their customer experience by streamlining and automating support across channels such as calls, emails, chats, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
The company’s client base includes e-commerce brands like Nykaa, 1MG, Zepto, Meesho, and BigBasket well as larger corporations like Tata and Wipro.
Sheshgiri Kamath, the co-founder of Kapture CX stated that the recent advancements, in AI models, have significantly impacted the industry. In light of the growth trends experienced within the enterprise segment, they sought additional funding to accelerate their growth trajectory.
Currently operating in five countries of India including the US., UAE., and Indonesia. And the Philippines. Kapture CX continues to expand its operations
The company has also developed offerings, for industries, such as retail (both offline and online) travel, banking, financial services, and consumer goods.

In August of last year in August Cactus Venture Partners secured Rs 350 crore in funding, for their fund. This fund aims to support startups operating in cleantech, health tech, and SaaS sectors. Kapture CX represents the investment made by Cactus Venture Partners.
