Emaars newly launched AYA Beachfront Residences represent Deyaar Developments first residential project in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain. The announcement was made in a statement to Dubai Financial Market on Monday.
Aya Beachfront Residential will have 442 premium units designed with nature-inspired interiors in its first phase. (Other high-end residences, including penthouses, sky villas, and beach homes on the ground floor, are also part of the development. The targeted completion date will be the last quarter of 2027. This will add to the real estate landscape in Umm Al Quwain.
Though Deyaar did not provide finance details of this project, commencement follows a recent agreement between Umm Al Quwain Properties, the state-owned corporation, and Deyaar to develop projects along the Emirates beachfront. This is a clear signal of a strategy of growth that has been brought forth by the company for UAE real estate.
The Opulent Real Estate project marketed as Sobha Siniya is a collaborative project between Umm Al Quwain Properties and Dubai-based Sobha Realty situated on Al Siniya Island. It has made a big impact on the real estate landscape over the last year by launching six mega residential developments, successfully completing the 3,236 residential units with a resultant total saleable area of 3,709,368 square feet.
