Donation to Support Humanitarian Cases

RDC is the judicial arm of Dubai Land Department and announced an AED 1.2 million donation that is to be benefited for people who suffer financial conditions by Abdulla Ahmed Al Ansari.

The funds will be utilised via the Yad Al Khair (Hand of Giving) Committee within RDC, which specialises in humanitarian cases that are affected by these leasing processes and court decisions. The move aims at easing pressures on those tenants who could not meet their financial burdens amidst complications that arise with tenancy laws.

Careful Case Assessment

In addressing how the donation would be used, the RDC mentioned humanitarian cases for assistance that would go into cautious analysis to ensure only genuinely needy people would be supported through tight collaboration with social organisations. The RDC was strongly focused on the demands of integrity and justice in all tenancy disputes and on supporting a helping hand for the most vulnerable.

Emphasising this, RDC President Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed said this aligns with the greater role of the Centre: “Our goal is to assist as many needy and affected individuals as possible, hence provide stability in landlord-tenant relationships and further strengthen the sustainability of Dubai’s real estate market.” The move looks to iron out disputes in tenancy matters while keeping Dubai’s real estate market stable and sustainable.

Social Solidarity and Cooperation: Promotion

The Yad Al Khair initiative takes up individual cases but at the same time tries to instil in the community a sense of social solidarity, cooperation, and cohesion. The honourable judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed recognized that spirit of collective responsibility as an indispensable element in securing a humane, proper, and orderly community, wherein even the economically underprivileged may hope for respite.

A Call for Continued Humanitarian Efforts

His Excellency Abdulla Ahmed Al Ansari, who paid for the AED 1.2 million donation, expressed his commitment to continuing humanitarian work in Dubai. He announced that the development and empowerment of humanitarian work with both public and private sectors remains atop his priorities. Al Ansari expressed further optimism that this financial support will contribute a great deal toward the realisation of the goals set by Yad Al Khair Committee, which plays a pivotal role in supporting the Dubai community.

RDC’s Role in Dubai’s Real Estate Market

The RDC holds a unique positioning where all disputes pertaining to tenancies in Dubai, including free zones, have to be handled through itself. Its exclusivity gives it the right to act between landlord and tenant, serving them with just solutions that retain equity and stability in the real estate market. The donation and efforts by the Yad Al Khair Committee are important in the building of a system that gives an equal opportunity even to the ones who cannot afford it. This is part of Dubai’s big aspiration to keep the real estate environment sustainable and inclusive, serving all sections of society.
