Our life is attached to the expectations and desires we expect from ourselves. Sometimes we get to solve those goals. But sometimes life throws unexpected challenges which take us to the brink of breaking down.
At this critical juncture, we need to look at our spirits and ask our instinct about the beauty of life. We need to question those challenges and go above and beyond to emerge as a winner in our own beliefs.
We, at Business Outreach Magazine, empower self-spirited individuals, who go head-to-head with issues and come out as stronger people. Dr. Neha Gaur is a person who has always instilled faith upon herself and stayed true to her objective of helping society, especially toward the well-being of women.
Dr. Neha Gaur is a staunch admirer of a healthy lifestyle. Being a physiotherapist herself, she also earned a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy in 2007 and completed a Master’s in Cardiology (MPT Cardiology) from Bangalore in 2009. Her experience in the fitness industry dates back about 15 years. She is also a certified fitness trainer and teaches Yoga, Nutrition, Pilates & antenatal & postnatal education and recently upgraded her skills in “Garbh Sanskar” and has completed a certification course on the same.
Neha Gaur holds indispensable knowledge about the fitness regime and has worked with several hospitals in senior clinical profiles. Her association with renowned gynecologists allowed her to grasp pivotal know-how in running antenatal and postnatal programmes for their patients. When she delivered her first baby in 2014, her mind was struggling to balance work and family. After careful consideration, Neha quit her job to raise her child. She understands the trauma a woman has to go through in her life when it comes to almost everything from succeeding in her career to staying healthy and caring for her family.
Well! The journey has had several ups and downs for Neha Gaur. After delivering her second child, Neha gained a weight of about 67kgs which increased to 73kgs. And this created alarming effects on her body like low Vitamin C and increased thyroid which steered to deteriorating mental health. There was a time in her life when she resorted to excessive junk foods and accelerated the adverse physical effects on herself.
But her consciousness pulled her out of that dark cloud and made her believe that with the right efforts, everything is possible. Neha Gaur created Heal2Fit in 2015 with the goal to help women along with couples, who are being misguided by a detrimental lifestyle. She urges all women and men to understand the importance of a healthy diet, which can not only benefit a person with a strong body but also correlates with optimum mental health.
Dr. Neha Gaur wants us to understand that exercise and a healthy lifestyle are not only about losing weight or getting shredded. It is an urgent call in today’s age with the amount of stress that is increasing with the passage of time. Earlier, Neha single-handedly managed her entire business. But with soaring appreciation from hundreds of clients allowed her to expand her team. The counseling session by Neha and her team helped countless women to elevate their lifestyles and curate a purpose for themselves. Being a liver donor herself, Dr. Neha Gaur expresses a holy awareness to other people in society.
Dr. Neha Gaur champions the mental health and well-being of women in our society and she understands how difficult life is for them in every corner. But to Neha, “Age is just a number” and she encourages us all and especially women to rediscover our inner selves with the help of fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
