Dubai South Properties has announced the opening of Beachfront Gates, a new building of exclusive apartments forming part. The launch is a response to the terrific demand for apartments in the area spurred by the success of South Living which did much to position Dubai South as a sought-after destination for modern living.
Beachfront Gates consists of two residential towers, offering panoramic views over the beachfront community and lagoon of the master development. Currently, only one of the towers— Beachfront Gates Tower 2—has been launched for sale. It proposes 157 spacious apartment units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with limited podium units having large terraces.
The apartments are designed in a family mode, boasting ample space in the living room, en-suite, separated kitchen, along with good balconies and windows for efficient natural light and ventilation. Family-oriented experience enhancements at the podium level include dedicated kids’ play areas and entertainment zones. The project will offer separate swimming pools for adults and children, among other sports and recreational facilities, allowing a balanced lifestyle for all its residents.

He went further to say that over 100 units were sold on the day of launch, further proving that the project was a hit with buyers. “Only limited stock remains now, indicative of the project being a hit amongst buyers. Dubai South has on its end developed a spectacular Residential District to support and add amenities to ease the life of the residents in the town. There is a large selection of common parks, sports courts, retail shops, a huge 460-square-meter super-center, a mosque, a gas station, and a public bus service connecting that district to the Expo Metro station. The district has the GEMS Founders School, which was opened a year ago. Over 25,000 residents now occupy the Residential District, enjoying a unique lifestyle there with amenities providing separate gated communities offering apartment and townhouse-style living.
