Dubai South Properties has announced the successful completion of the first phase of The Pulse Beachfront, a premium master-planned community located in Dubai South’s Residential District. The first phase comprises 251 units, including three- and four-bedroom villas and five-bedroom waterfront villas. Handovers will be commenced shortly, while the remaining phases of the project are progressing according to schedule for completion in the first quarter of 2025.

Pulse Beachfront offers a lifestyle that is exclusive and luxurious. The project boasts 788 residential units consisting of three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas and townhouses. These units range from 2,600 to 4,800 square feet and provide spacious living environments.
