Tesla CEO Elon Musk was seen on a luxury yacht while fighting a legal battle with Twitter, and the internet can’t stop talking about his shirtless photo, which has gone viral.

Musk wrote in response to a viral photo shared by Twitter user Teslaconomics, “Maybe I should take off my shirt more often…(already back in the factory btw).”

According to Page Six, Musk was on vacation with friends, including newlywed Ari Emanuel and Sarah Staudinger. They were sailing in Mykonos, Greece, on the Aegean Sea.

According to the report, the yacht he was sailing on was Zeus, which costs more than $20,000 per week and can accommodate six guests in three cabins with a professional crew.

“Is his ribcage abnormally large?” one user wondered.”

“One of the aliens inside is attempting to flee, “another user commented Another user commented, “So I guess all of you who are body shaming Musk is going to post a picture of yourselves in a bathing suit?” Is this the only way you can attack someone? We’ll call it WRONG. Keep to your own lane.”

Others commented, “What’s the problem, Elon looks fitter than 90% of Americans and Europeans.” However, it does require some sunlight.”

In the meantime, Twitter scored an early victory in its legal battle with Elon Musk on Tuesday, after a judge agreed to a fast-track trial in October.

Musk’s lawyers pushed for a February 2023 start date, but the court in the eastern US state of Delaware sided with the platform’s desire for speed and set an October start date.

Musk’s team argued vehemently against a quick deadline, claiming that the core issues are simply too complex.

“Billions of actions on their platform must be analyzed in order for us to get to the bottom of the real issue,” Musk attorney Andrew Rossman said.

“The real issue here is what percentage of Twitter users are real versus spam or false accounts,” he added.

The microblogging site sued Musk last week after he decided to back out of the USD 44 billion takeover deal. Twitter (TWTR) requested a four-day trial in September and filed a motion to expedite the proceedings. The motion was opposed by Musk’s legal team.

“The continued uncertainty caused by Musk’s purported termination inflicts harm on Twitter every day, every hour of every day,” Twitter’s lawyer William Savitt said.

The world’s wealthiest person has backed out of the deal in recent months as tech stocks have plummeted and Twitter’s value has dropped far below the $54.20 per share he offered.
