According to media sources, Space Exploration Technologies Corp. is raising $750 million in new fundraising, at a whopping valuation of $137 billion. The new funding round will be headed by Andreessen Horowitz in the Elon Musk-led company known as SpaceX, sources said. It is to be noted that Andreessen Horowitz had previously invested in SpaceX alongside Founders Fund, Sequoia, Gigafund and others, the report said.

SpaceX was offering to sell insider shares at a price that would raise the closely held company’s valuation to about $140 billion, media sources had reported in last December 2022.
