Debabrata Mukherjee has expertise in his 28 years of career in general management, marketing, innovation, and applying the best business strategy.
Emami Agrotech Ltd, well known for its packaged foods and edible oil, on Thursday announced Debabrata Mukherjee as their all-new strategy officer and head of marketing. Debabrata Mukherjee was earlier CMO of the UB Group, who was responsible for managing quite highly demanding drinks brands namely Ultra, Heineken, etc.
Mukherjee is also responsible for leading the innovation strategy for shaping Emami Agrotech future roadmap and becoming, the leading brand in India. Mukherjee started his career as an employee at Unilever Kolkata and later joined Coca-Cola India in late 1998 as the franchise manager in the Financial Capital of India- Mumbai. As progress was observed in his career, he was further posted to different geographical locations in India as well as in Korea and Southern-West Asia. After an interview with Mukherjee by the Hindustan Times Group, he declared his qualification as the holder of a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kolkata.
