Engie Solutions, a top company in managing facilities across the world, has made a deal for three years with Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC). They will provide full facilities management services for Uptown Tower, a top mixed-use building in Uptown Dubai.

At a height of 340 meters, Uptown Tower is a building with LEED Gold-certification and is one of Dubai’s finest mixed-use structures. It has 22 floors of first-rate commercial spaces, the posh SO/Uptown Dubai hotel on 10 floors, and 225 branded homes on the top 28 floors. The tower also offers 4,750 square meters of top-notch food and beverage spots and retail space in the multi-level Atrium and Plaza, along with vast parking facilities.
