According to downdetector.com, website users (58%) reported the outage, followed by app users (24%) and those who used the app to track their order history (17 per cent).
According to the heat map on downdetector.com, troubles with accessing Flipkart were most regularly reported in Delhi, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Patna, Kolkata, Cuttack, Hyderabad, Indore, Ahmedabad, Vijayawada, Chennai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Mumbai, Nashik, Ahmedabad, and Surat.
Users took to Twitter to express their dissatisfaction with the broken Flipkart app and website. “I can’t search for anything in the Flipkart Shopping App; it always says “Something went wrong, content not found.” A user called Debadri Saha wrote that he had also attempted tapping on the “retry button.”
Another user, VS Verma Suraj, stated, “Flipkart’s server has been down, affecting both its website and app.” “I’m waiting for things to be fixed as soon as possible.” Another person provided a screenshot of Flipkart, stating that the majority of the items are out of stock.
Another user, Kartik Patel, tweeted, “Its initial service will be shut down in 2022.” That’s a technical issue with Flipkart; I hope it’s not just my phone; is anyone else seeing this??”
