His holistic approach in founding Rapid Organic has been to transform the metrics in agriculture to a more sustainable and healthy for the farmers. When it comes to education, Yogesh Joshi completed his graduation in Bachelors of Science along with completing several upskilling courses related to farming. Yogesh’s acumen towards organic farming comes from his far-sightedness in Rapid Organic’s business model and investing in technology which could expand the brand’s reach to global markets. Rapid Organic provides works on ‘contractual farming’, where farmers are heavily benefited for their hard work in the business. The brand is currently collaborating with about 12,000 farmers.
