When it comes to education, Deepak Kumar Padhy graduated from the University of Bristol in Biomedicine. There he did 2 to 3 part time jobs while studying. Deepak took part in the DPIIT competition where he started his career as an entrepreneur, he pitched his idea in DPIIT and his idea got selected. But for financial issues he came back to India during COVID. He began his career in around 2020 and navigated his entrepreneurial success through patience, effective strategy and leadership. Deepak Kumar started his business with just Rs. 1 lakh. His consistent leadership has garnered the business with about Rs. 1.5 crore turnover and expanded Dreamago to 5 districts in Odisha and 1 district in Andhra Pradesh. 

The farming equipment made by DreamsAgro International are made in India which are inexpensive and share the latest innovative aspects. As farmers are facing many losses every year due to poor infrastructure and poor equipment. They help in capacity building, creating awareness about crops and giving them training for better farming so that the quality of crops increases and farmers will get justice and good profit. They also assist farmers with branding and marketing solutions so that they can launch their products in the market at better rates. Some of their products include power sprayers, earth auger machines, brush cutters, combine harvesters, rice mill machinery and many others. 

The company highly invests their industry expertise in research and development. Anjil Jain is the Co-Founder, Dreamsagro International, works on designing products that are abreast with the current market demands. With an acumen over research and development, Anjil Jain has filed 135 patents and received 12 state and national awards for his commitment to the agritech industry. Since the inception of the company back in 2016, Anjil Jain has devoted his industry knowledge towards the growth of the agritech sector.

Dr Dilip is a Vijay Ratna Awardee 1998 by the Government of India. He is an expert in homeopathy and has 20 years of experience in the social work sector, working with NGOs. Under the guidance of Dr. Dilip, Dreamsagro International is empowering the rural community to develop socio-economic development under the niche of agri-entrepreneurship. The company is collaborating with FPO and PEs to ensure price uniformity in the small and medium farm mechanization sector.
