INDPAC was formed back in 1992 by Mohanananda Chakraborty’s father and uncle. In these 32 years, the brother’s joined INDPAC passively about 5 years ago. They were so connected with the business from their childhood, visiting the factories & offices regularly & contributing whatever meager we could, that it naturally resonated as a part of their career growth. With a possibility of being the young and vibrant poster boy for Rahstriya Swamsevak Sangh and Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Mohanananda’s credibility as a forward-thinker is nothing short of exceptional. Mohanananda, along with his youth-led team, developed the Hindu Students Society, connected, and raised INR 8 crore for the Rama Vastra Nirmana project. This includes negotiations with major Coke and Steel companies and successful implementation with Sesa Goa, Vedanta, in their Met Coke Division.

This led him to set up an IPR framework for fast-track and speedy arbitration to prevent such occurrences.
