Salesforce rang in the new year by opening its newest office in Dubai Internet City, UAE. It supports Salesforce’s ongoing commitment further to bolster AI innovation, customer success, and growth in the region.

His Excellency Omar Sultan AlOlama, Minister of State for AI, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications; Malek Al Malek, Chairman of TECOM Group PJSC; Abdulla Belhoul, CEO of TECOM Group; Salesforce executives, customers, and key partners, attended the inauguration ceremony.

The new office in Dubai Internet City is one of the best technology hubs in the UAE. The new office marks yet another strategic investment by Salesforce in the region after last year’s launch of Hyperforce – its secure cloud platform, which Salesforce launched in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Furthering its commitment, the company achieved the Dubai Electronic Security Centre (DESC) Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Security Standard for Salesforce Services on Hyperforce in this year. This standard enables the firm to support government and public sector agencies in the UAE, underlining the capability to be considered reliable and secure.

The company stated that its new, rapidly expanding footprint is about developing trustworthy AI and digital transformation for UAE businesses, increasingly looking for innovative ways to collaborate with trusted AI partners. This new location, Dubai features collaborative and innovation spaces that would enable Salesforce to unveil its latest AI technologies and improve better serving local clients.

At the newly concluded Dreamforce event, Salesforce unveiled Agentforce-an innovative suite of autonomous AI agents developed to catalyse productivity in service, sales, marketing, and commerce. Those AI-driven agents, natively residing within Salesforce applications, leverage real-time data within Salesforce’s Data Cloud to yield accurate, personal, automated responses. These will autonomously execute complex business processes; this reduces the volume of work considerably and increases productivity overall.

And he is excited to be bringing the cutting-edge AI-driven solutions to the UAE, the leading tech giant added. “I am thrilled to introduce Salesforce’s latest transformative AI-driven solutions to the UAE, and the entire team is eager to collaborate with customers and showcase how these best-of-breed solutions unlock new possibilities,” he said. “The Salesforce Platform, with Data Cloud at its centre, lets Agentforce and every Salesforce app deliver seamless, AI-powered experiences across every customer touchpoint.”

Area Vice President and General Manager for Salesforce Middle East, Thierry Nicault, underlined that having a presence in Dubai is part of the reason the company is committed to its UAE customers. Their new presence in Dubai Internet City will cement this even more. They seem most excited about the AI unveilings at Dreamforce, as those are going to empower public and private sector organisations to be better optimised in usage, agile, and centred rightly in customer-centricity, and their participation at Gitex-the one most important technology event in the region-did explain that the company does not surrender to its pursuit connecting with innovative enterprises in the UAE.

Ammar Al Malik, EVP Commercial at TECOM Group and Managing Director of Dubai Internet City said that Salesforce brings to further solidify that legacy of collaborative progress in its nations, and through this investment, commits to the digitally enabled knowledge economy that Dubai Internet City has nurtured for over two decades. According to him, the planned expansion at our district will be a profoundly positive expansion that will help unlock the vision for the UAE and Dubai, to make progress inclusive, sustainable, and conducive to talent development. This fits into the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 set of goals. He further added that growth by Salesforce also contributes to the shared vision of prosperity as the basis of the UAE-US economic relationship for more than 50 years.

The new office is a major leap for Salesforce in terms of its strategic commitment towards the UAE, with Dubai’s vision as a technology-driven future. As ongoing investments in AI, innovation, and digital transformation find a place here, Salesforce will ultimately play a key role in establishing the UAE as a prime centre for AI and technology in the Middle East region.
