Micron Technology to start building a $2.75 bn semiconductor facility by August; production by 2024 end

This $2.75 billion project aims to produce microchips that are made in India by late 2024. Supported by the Indian government and the state of Gujarat. This endeavor is expected to generate up to 5,000 direct jobs in two phases.
