According to the most recent data from top business services provider Quess, the staffing demand increases by 23% from April to August compared to the same period last year as businesses in a variety of sectors, including banking and financial services, retail, and telecom, among others, intensified their hiring campaigns to meet the rise in consumer demand during the upcoming holiday season.
