The date for the IGNOU Ph.D. entrance exam 2021 has been announced by the national testing agency (NTA). On February 24, 2022, the IGNOU Ph.D. entrance test will be held. Candidates who plan to take the admission exam can find an official notice on IGNOU’s website, ignou.ac.in.
What exactly does the official notice say?
The entrance examination 2021 for admission to various Ph.D. degrees for the academic session 2021-22 will now be held on February 24, 2022, according to the official statement.
Concerning the IGNOU Ph.D. admission test
The admission examination was originally set for January 16, however, it was postponed. The exam will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Candidates will have 180 minutes to finish the question paper, which will contain 100 questions. The paper will be written in Hindi or English. There will be no negative annotations and each question will be worth four points.
The IGNOU Ph.D. entrance test selection process
Candidates who have received at least 50% in the entrance exam will be shortlisted for the interview in order of merit, up to a maximum of five times the number of available seats.
