Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) had the best sales performance in August 2023 selling a total of 22,910 units which represents an increase of 53% compared to the previous year. The company’s popular models, such, as the Innova Crysta and Fortuner continue to dominate their segments.
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) achieved its best monthly sales in August with a total of 22,910 units sold. This represents an increase of 53 percent compared to the 14,959 units sold in August 2022.
In terms of sales, the company reported selling 20,970 units per month. Additionally, it exported 1,940 units during the period. The Innova Crysta, Fortuner, and Legendar models continue to maintain their leadership positions, in their segments.
According to Atul Sood, TKM’s Vice President of Sales and Strategic Marketing this impressive sales performance reflects the growing affinity customers have for the Toyota brand. The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder and Innova Hycross models are in demand.
Sood also mentioned that they are continuously working on expanding their product portfolio to offer customers choices. In line, with this commitment TKM introduced two vehicles per month; the all-new Vellfire and Rumion MPV.
