Who is Vineeta Singh?
Vineeta Singh is the CEO and co-founder of Sugar Cosmetics, a cosmetic brand produced in cutting-edge facilities in Germany, India, the United States, Italy, and Korea. Her tenure with the company is six years. She is presently a judge on the reality show “Shark Tank.” This show attempted to give aspiring entrepreneurs a head start by pitching innovative, eccentric, and often bizarre company ideas to real-life investors known as sharks on the show.
Early life
Vineeta Singh was born in the Indian capital of Delhi. Before graduating from IIT Madras, she attended Delhi Public School and R.K. Puram in electrical engineering and IIM Ahmedabad. ITC Ltd employed Vineeta as an articling student. Deutsche Bank hired her as an intern for the summer. She co-founded Fab Bag in 2012. Since 2015, Vineeta has been the Chief Executive Officer of Sugar Cosmetics.
By the age of 23, she had made the cover of the weekly magazine by being the first and youngest graduate in India to turn down an INR 1 crore per year placement offer from a global investment bank to begin its H.R. services firm.
Personal life
Her husband’s name is Kaushik Mukherjee (co-founder of sugar cosmetics), and she has two children, Vikrant and Kaushik. Tej Singh, her father, was a scientist at the All India Institute Of Medical Science in Delhi. Vineeta has completed over 14 marathons and full marathons. She also joined Ultra Marathons, popularly known as Comrades, an 89-kilometer ultra-marathon conducted in South Africa that had to be finished in 12 hours. She completed it three times and won a bronze medal in the process.

Sugar Cosmetics’ valuation has risen to more than 750 crores following investment from a venture managed by Elevation Capital. Vineeta Singh’s net worth is estimated to be $8 million.
Vineeta has gained recognition as India’s young business leader by receiving The Economic Times 40 Under Forty Award 2020. She is one of the 100 most mindful women in the world.
