Vodex, a Bengaluru-based Gen AI SaaS firm, received exchequer worth $2 million (about INR 16 crore) from Unicorn India Ventures and Pentathlon Ventures as seed funding.
The money will go into their business expansion in the global market. Besides the intention of growing the business by at least four times in the following year.

Shrivastava stated, “This investment demonstrates Generative AI’s great potential to revolutionize sales. Vodex will spend in developing a dedicated and well-trained support crew to ensure great client service. We are optimistic of quadrupling our revenue in the near future.”
Bhaskar Majumdar, managing partner at Unicorn India Ventures, stated, “We see disruptive capabilities in Vodex to emerge as a formidable player by applying the power of GenAI and SaaS to help enterprises manage their CRM engagements more efficiently.”
Vodex previously raised INR 1.25 crore in a pre-seed fundraising round from 100X.VC.
The company claimed to have generated $1 million in recurring revenue from its clients.
The startup faces competition from firms like Homebot, SquadStack, and Drift, among others.
Vodex provides organizations with a tool for expanding their reach, qualifying leads, and closing deals quickly and efficiently, all while providing a natural and engaging customer experience.
Vodex claims to have empowered enterprises worldwide since 2022, with a focus on calling in the United States and Canada.
According to Inc42’s data, GenAI startups in the country raised about $580 million between 2019 and 2023, with approximately $50 million going to seed-stage startups.
Over the past few years, investors have shown a strong interest in India’s GenAI industry.
