Adani Total Gas Launches Green Hydrogen Blending Project

In Ahmedabad, Adani Total Gas has started a green hydrogen mixing pilot program. The business will mix natural gas with renewable hydrogen for 4,000 residential and business clients.

Water undergoes electrolysis, a process in which electricity is used to divide the water into hydrogen and oxygen, to generate green hydrogen.

According to Adani Total Gas, the power required for electrolysis is produced using renewable energy.

Studies, according to Adani Total Gas, have shown that 8% hydrogen blends may cut carbon emissions by 4%.
