Bharti Airtel’s Affiliate, Bharti Hexacom, Has Filed Draft Documents for an IPO; The Government Plans to Sell 10 Crore Shares

Telecommunications Consultants India is the issuer and is offering to sell up to 100,000,000 shares.

Bharti Airtel informed the exchanges in an announcement that there would be no new shares issued in the IPO

As part of the IPO, Telecommunications Consultants India is offering to sell up to 100,000,000 shares.

The government-owned business Telecommunications Consultants holds a 30% share in Bharti Hexacom.

According to a notification from Bharti Airtel to the exchanges, there won’t be any further shares issued in the IPO.

Bharti Hexacom won’t get any revenues from the share offering since there won’t be a new share issue during the IPO.
