Led by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, a three-judge bench will hear submissions from both sides to determine the fate of this polarizing legislation

The CAA fast-tracks citizenship for non-Muslim migrants from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan who entered India before 2015.
