Set up in 2011 by Jaydeep Barman and Kallol Banerjee, Rebel Foods operates 45 cloud kitchens including Faasos, Behrouz Biryani, The Good Bowl, Sweet Truth, Ovenstory Pizza, and Mandarin Oak, among others.
